Carbon Fiber in Cars

What is Carbon Fiber?

It is a material that is flexible, a little fabric-like, stronger and lighter than today’s steel and aluminum parts. However, not many car uses the material because the material itself takes longer production time and the manufacturing cost is higher. On the bright side, the material is commonly used in racing cars since 1980’s. Today, most of the supercars have carbon fibers inlay in em! Some love the sporty looks of it, some love the feel of the material, but many love the function and durability of it.
