A New Milestone for our Industry Partnership!

At TOC Automotive College, we want to make sure that our students are provided with a good education system and training ground. That being said, we ensure our Supervised Industrial Training (SIT) is up to par and in-line with our class modules. We do not just pick any industry partners, we select the right ones, making sure our students get the most out of the training.

A very recent example would be one of our industry partners, Honda-Angkasa Motors, located in Jalan Ipoh. The service centre has increased students’ SIT allowance to RM 900! They are by far, the first service centre to pay students with such high allowance – and just for our 1st year students! It is important that our industry partners pay our students in a fair and reasonable manner. We have since we started encouraged our partners to increase wages so this is indeed a happy milestone.

We only want the best for our students. When we choose our industry partners, we ensure that, they have a conducive and safe working environment. That is however, just the tip of the iceberg. We also look into their facilities, equipment’s, payment wise, and their constitution as a whole. Some of our partners are willing to pay our students more than the expected market rate, because our students are well-trained in their classes and curriculum modules. They have a significant amount of trust in TOC Automotive College for churning out employable graduates and students.

That being said, we do not only teach our students by the books, we expose them towards the real working world. This will enable them to carry out their SIT programme with ease and vice versa, industry partners having an easier run with our students.
