Sometimes dreams have a way of finding you when you least expect it. My dream to one day appear on TV came true not as the next big superstar, but as a trainee in one of Malaysia’s biggest media group. I was given the chance to find unique and meaningful stories; and then write, direct and edit a documentary about them.

Did I doubt myself? Yes. Did I have sleepless nights? Yes. Did I sacrifice a lot? Yes. But when the moment came and I finally aired live and when I saw the joy on my parents faces: it was all worth it. It was, undoubtedly, the single most memorable achievement in my life.
