I eat 10 eggs a day. And no, I’m not out of my mind. Like learning about cars, getting your dream body requires a lot of hard work and persistence. Sometimes to achieve extraordinary things you need to do the extraordinary.

Achieving 10 percent body fat – something which most can only dream about – taught me many things. It taught my determination. With it taught me discipline. Nothing is more rewarding then to hear people say “You look so different from what you used to be”.

It’s proof that with hard work you can achieve anything and be anyone.
