Heads up fellow gamers and racing fans! The latest instalment of the Need for Speed series titled “Need For Speed Payback” is expected to vroom into our gaming worlds with a worldwide release this November 10 according to Electronic Arts (link to: https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-payback/news/need-for-speed-payback-release-date-trailer-and-pre-order-details).

The site reveals that the 23rd instalment of the NFS series will have a single player campaign and follow the story of Tyler Morgan, a former street racer who has been “double-crossed and exiled”, and must now “rebuild his crew, win an impossible race and bring down The House, the cartel that has a grip over the city’s casinos, criminal and cops.”

To cater to the diverse racing preferences of gamers, NFS Payback will feature 5 different classes of cars: Race, Drift, Off-Road, Drag and Runner. The creation of “Fortune Valley” which is likened to an “action-packed playground” on the other hand, will treat gamers to different racing environments that are aptly named as Silver Rock City, Liberty Desert, Mount Providence and Silver Canyon.

NFS Payback will also let you visually customise your ride for personalisation, double down your stakes and rewards for more excitement, and marks the return of cop pursuits for more adrenaline-pumping action. The newly designed “Autolog” feature will also enable you to compare your best scores from the entire campaign and world activities with that of your friends should you wish to.

The game is now available for pre-order and will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC via Origin.
